Whoa, am I really a mom? Do I seriously have a child that fully depends on me? It's still so crazy to me that this is now my life. I have dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember. Looking back, it's clear that I didn't exactly know all that I was asking for when I prayed to become a mom, but I know that I would not have it any other way! I love being a mom and even more so, I love being a mom being guided by Christ. Raising a child is no joke and so many things come into play, but knowing that I have Christ to help show me the way and guide me on how to raise my children, brings me a peace that surpasses all of my understanding when I don't know how to handle some of the struggles that we will talk about!
